|Recommended: YesGreat First Half Year — I've lived here since January and am really enjoying my time here. It's always clean and well kept around the grounds, the apartments interiors are nice as well. Maintenance has always been punctual as well. I've also loved using the pool and gym this summer The pool is great Very little thing, but the gym could use some more sanitizing spray for people to use on equipment.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — The only problem is that to get from a handicapped parking spot to my ground floor apartment, I have to either climb a flight of stairs which is part of my disability or walk around the building up an incline to the ground level entrance.

|Recommended: YesAbove And Beyond — My short time living here has exceeded expectations in literally every way I could imagine. Management here truly outshines any other living community apartment complex I've interacted with the maintenance team is fast and excellent, the managers are fast and knowledgeable, and the other members of the community are so friendly. If I did not have to move out of state, there is no doubt I would be staying here.
It is especially perfect for students or anyone with a work-from-home job, as it is quiet and has a number of outdoor areas you can use for studying working when the weather is nice .

|Recommended: YesParking Lot — it is difficult to find parking in the afternoon or at night near my apartment and my neighbor above my apartment makes too much noise at night and early in the morning and when they leave my mail at the door of my apartment it is always stepped on and sometimes open

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I just moved in this past weekend and so far its been great Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. The staff is quick to respond to my request needs and the apartment was very clean when I moved in.
I live on Water Tower Ct and although there is a lot of parking in the back of the building, it is very dark. It'd be great to have a bright light or more light back there. I work very early so I leave when the parking lot is very dark.
