|Recommended: YesWell Maintained Property With Helpful Staff. — Centennial Station is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance and office staff give the impression they are happy to help. You can tell they take pride in working there. The quality of the interior finishes are above average. Cabinets are sturdy, ceiling fans are modern, with amenities like dog park, dog wash, pool and clubhouse.

The neighbors are nice and friendly, the staff and maintenance people are very professional and timely. The dog park is the best for me as I have a very energetic dog. Looking forward to the year to come living here

Having a dishwasher and washer dryer in unit is a huge perk There is adequate lighting in stairs and parking lots, along with it being a gated property which helps me feel safe here. My maintenance requests are always resolved within a day. Everyone from the property managers to the repair men are super friendly The property itself is always clean and well kept.

Heads up to pay attention to the rental agreements. The shorter leases are VERY expensive and to get keep your current rate, you must keep signing long contracts.

I appreciate managements prompt response to any issues or questions. They are always more than happy to help and do so with a smile on their faces. |Recommended: YesNice Quaint Complex That Has Lots To Offer — The location of the apartment is prefect to get anywhere in Cincinnati. Has fantastic amenities, apartments are kept in great shape. Staff is always accommodating and professional when it comes to tricky situations. Peasant community overall, lovely place to live.
|Recommended: YesOutstanding Complex — My wife and I have been very happy at Centennial Station. The apartment unit was immaculately cleaned prior to our move in. The leasing staff was very flexible and understanding, as we had to change our move in date unexpectedly which did not cause a problem. The property grounds are immaculate. and our dog has made several friends at the enclosed dog park. The apartment seems to have been insulated well as it is rare that we hear our neighbors above us. I would recommend without hesitation.
