|Recommended: YesGreat Property — I recently moved in and everything went very smooth I have no complaints at all. The property feels so safe, is kept up extremely well, and the tenants are very respectful to one another. My unit received new carpet before I moved in and the whole space looked brand new.

There are a ton of amenities available and the actual apartment is great The apartment complex is very dog friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. Be precise about the layout and everything you are looking for and you will love it.

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Great For Dog People, Water People, And Cheap Wifi — We lived in Centennial Station for 15 months before we found our dream home and enjoyed the community Great dog park new wash being installed , amazing pool, nice grill, nice workout facility, and even a place to sweep your car.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Maintenance Team — Had an issue with my AC and received a quick response and Dan offered over the week-end to have someone bring in a temporary cooler, but I said waiting to Monday was fine.
Happy to say the AC is now up and running, the service, knowledge, and overall positive attitude of the maintenance team is commendable.

Firstly the staff, the community, the location, and the amenities are all excellent. I happen to move to Cincinnati from Rhode island during an unforeseen pandemic and Danielle was extremely helpful in making my move as smooth as possible. Maintenance is spot on even during the pandemic
The Bad
I wasn't really given a tour of the apt that I was signing up for. I respect that the management values their tenant's privacy but at the same time, I feel like this is unfair for prospective tenants.
Of course, I did get a tour of a 3rd-floor studio unit which was nice. But my unit was a 1bhk on the first floor, how different can it be
My thoughts then 2 months prior to move-in - Probably the same. I am game
My thoughts now 3 weeks after move-in - I couldn't have been more wrong about it
In my opinion, all units are not created equal location-wise but unfortunately, you will have to pay the same rent.
The Ugly
One Advice I would give my past self and others like me
1. If you cant see the unit from the inside take a walk around the unit. The location of the unit inside the community also matters. All units are not created equal
2. If you don't fancy any of the following, then you shouldn't probably be signing the lease -
a. A stop sign to the right of your patio
b. Fairly large rainwater drain to the left of your patio and your unit is sitting below ground level
c. An uneven, unpaved entrance which is the best way to access your unit.
Bottom line - A great place to live if you don't draw the short straw. If you did - well...you are stuck with the lease just like me.

They went above and beyond to make sure we got the kind of apartment we were looking for. The property is very clean and our apartment was spotless when we first moved in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location in Cincinnati at an affordable rate.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Property In A Growing Area — Beautiful complex in an expanding area, close to downtown and all major areas you would need to get to. The staff is very accommodating and helpful in all matters as long as you upfront and honest with them in your dealings. Very secure as well, the gated community and in-unit security systems note you must call the company to set this up lend themselves to that.
|Recommended: YesVery Convenient Move — The team here made moving from out of state a lot easier.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The service is excellent. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The property and maintenance staff are attentive to all your needs and friendly. Parking however, can be an issue at times. When you come home after 9 00pm, it may be difficult to find a parking close to your building because people own multiple cars and no reserve parking available for each apartment.
